You can add leads manually, use an embeddable website form, or connect call tracking via webhook. Each lead has a status: New → Contacted → Scheduled → Completed or Lost.
Yes. In Settings you choose your tax type, set your rate, and estimates/invoices apply tax correctly with the right label.
After signup you pick a plan (monthly or yearly). We support Stripe and Razorpay. Upgrade or downgrade anytime.
Yes! You can start a free trial without a credit card. Pick a plan when you're ready to continue.
Technicians see only jobs assigned to them (calendar and list). They can update job status and reschedule their jobs. They cannot see Billing or Settings, or manage other team members. Owners and Managers have full access.
Set your Google review link in Settings. From the Reviews page (or from a customer or job) you can send a review request by SMS, email, or both. The message uses your template and includes the review link. You can also add manual reviews and track ratings.
Yes. Each company has a public form URL (e.g. /leads/form/your-company-slug). You can link to it or embed it. For external sites you can POST to that URL with name, email, phone, and message. Optional form secret is available in Settings for security.
