These Terms govern your use of Plumbexa plumbing business management software. By creating an account, you agree to this Plumbexa usage policy in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Plumbexa, you confirm you are 18+, have legal authority to enter this agreement on behalf of your business, and agree to these plumbing software terms of service.
2. Service description
Plumbexa is a SaaS CRM and job management platform for plumbing and HVAC businesses in the US and UK.
3. Subscription and billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly Payment via Stripe or Razorpay Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime No refunds for partial months except where required by law Plan limits apply as stated on the Pricing page
4. Acceptable use
Do not use to send spam Do not reverse engineer the platform Do not share account credentials Do not store or process illegal content
5. Data ownership
You own all business data you create. We do not sell your data. Upon account deletion, data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance communicated in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Cancel via your Billing page.
9. Governing law
US users: Delaware law. UK users: English law.
